New City Finance Forum - Fall 2026

New City Forums are industry-specific communities where Christian professionals learn to integrate faith and work. They exist to help you see your daily work as part of God's mission of renewal, to connect you with like-minded professionals committed to the common good, and to equip you to seek the welfare and shalom of our city through your profession.

This fall the New City Finance Forum will engage the question of workplace culture in finance. How do you keep a team healthy morally, spiritually, and personally? What unique pressures exist in financial industires?

Many Christians in banking, investment, and financial services quietly wonder whether faithfulness at work means anything more than personal ethics. Intuitively, Christians know that our faith should mean more than that, but it can be hard to imagine how, exactly, our faith changes our work. In this discussion, we will explore how we can shape the culture of our workplaces in a way that honors the Lord. We will discuss how to lead, measure, and treat people as a matter of discipleship and not just management.

Matt Young and Corbin Graves, both partners at Concentric, will lead the morning.

The morning:
Breakfast and discussions at 7:00am, followed by a conversation between Matt and Corbin and then questions from the room. We will finish by 8:30am.
